3. Occupancy is for one occupant only due to size and furnishings. Additional $100 daily rent per added occupant not on lease.
4. Weekly required housekeeping without dishwashing at additional fee of $75 per week. 4. Leases are for a minimum of 31 days or more without exception as required by HOA CC&R's.
5. Maximum rental 120-day preferred to allow for maintenance and repair of any wear & tear.
6. Assigned Exterior Parking Space next to the building: for 1 car and for tenant only. Car registration with HOA manager is required prior to use. Only street parking is available for guests.
7. No pets of any kind are allowed, except as required by law.
8. Required Tenant Abidance Agreement with HOA Rules & Regulations and Tenant and Car Registrations to be signed along with lease agreement prior to Check In.
9. Move In Checklist to be reviewed at Check In with owner or agent and signed by tenant on Check In Date.
10. The rental must be returned to the cleanliness and condition free of damages as agreed to in the Move In Checklist completion as per California Rental Code.
11. Compliance with HOA noise nuisance rules and noise ordinances of the City of Goleta are enforced 24/7 including holidays.
12. No smoking or other odor nuisance are allowed in the condo and within the Hideaway Community interior and exterior common areas.
13. Utility Allowance: $500 recurring per rental agreement. Tenant pays for any overage above $500 a month.
