About this House

What's unique:Corner unitLoft style bedroomPrivate fenced patio

This apartment is a corner unit with private fenced patio. The apartment has carpet downstairs and upstairs. The apartment is dual level with the living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor and a stairway leading up to the loft style bedroom, with closet, and bathroom. There is plenty of light throughout the apartment and the ceilings are vaulted throughout giving a very open feel to the apartment.

The apartment comes with one off street parking and the apartment building has onsite coin operated laundry for the tenants use. The building is close to shopping, UCSB and freeway access.

We are planning an open house for next week. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB TENANT.

Tenant will be responsible for all separately metered utilities, Landlord will be responsible for landscaping and trash.

"Yes - I live near a dog park great place to have a dog. If you can afford it - super pricy place to live. Lots of dogs -few chickens - cats.. no roosters. Streams with frogs and poison oak. Lots of dogs to play with. "
