There is plenty of light throughout the apartment and the ceilings are vaulted throughout giving a very open feel to the apartment.

The apartment comes with one off street parking and the apartment building has onsite coin operated laundry for the tenants use. The building is close to shopping, UCSB and freeway access.

We are planning an open house for next week. PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB TENANT.

Tenant will be responsible for all separately metered utilities, Landlord will be responsible for landscaping and trash.
