The apartment is dual level with the living, dining and kitchen area on the first floor and a stairway leading up to the bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom. There is plenty of light throughout the apartment and the ceilings are vaulted throughout giving a very open feel to the apartment.

The apartment comes with one off street parking and the apartment building has onsite coin operated laundry for the tenants use. The building is close to shopping, UCSB and freeway access.
