Relatively, inexpensive way to live considering that you are 30 minutes from MA border and around 18 minutes to Manchester, NH, and not in an apartment building with other people for less of the price. The little private community is located on the Onway lake with a access that can be utilized for canoeing or boating. There is a long nature walk trail path going thru multiple towns all the way to Portsmouth, NH as well as Hooksett, NH. A short 10-minute drive will take you to Raymond town center, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and other places of interest.

Renter is responsible for gas and electric and all other utilities. The rent is due on the 1st of the month and 1st month's security deposit. Small pets are allowed.

    "Sidewalks aren’t common, street lights are far and few between. There are open fields and it’s not crowded, so that’s an upside. The dog park is back behind a trail and it’s awkward, has an area of rocks and then it drops off. Just outside of the dog park is a nice river and picnic tables. It’s a cute area. "
