Hidden away in a quiet area, yet also comfortably located within a mile of amenities and beaches; this is a well maintained and updated end-unit town home/condo. Near Westerly hospital. Close enough to Providence and military bases for a reasonable commute, but still comfortably far to give you a break. There are only two bills: rent and electric. A conservative user could expect to pay a few hundred dollars in the worst winter months. The outdoor property is maintained by a homeowners association and plowing, shoveling, yard work, trash, and water bill labor/costs are included. The home is 2 miles from the state beaches and the Watch Hill area. Many good restaurants are also in the vicinity. The entire house has been updated and some highlights are new appliances, a hand-scraped oak hardwood ground floor, and a pristine heated basement with laundry and plenty of storage/workout space. Brand new air conditioning in every room. The bedrooms are spacious and have large closets. Must be willing to interview via telephone/in person and pay for credit report and background check. Owner is attentive.
