The dishwasher and above-range microwave were replaced in 2014, with all other appliances around 2009. The second floor features two full bedrooms with large closets in each. One room is currently outfitted as an office with a large wall to wall Mahogany built in desk. The knee wall at the top of the stairs was replaced with a custom built-in bookcase to create a useful space. The full bathroom on this level is wider than all other units, allowing for a large 5' vanity, and full tub/shower. This bathroom is completely remodeled as of this spring (2015). The upstairs bedroom and living room thermostats were replaced with NEST learning thermostats as of 2014.
Lastly, the basement is a wide open unfinishes space with in-unit washer and dryer. Custom shelving was built under the staircase for additional storage and basement is currently setup as fully functioning woodshop, including built-in bench surfaces and peg-boards for tool storage.
