    "Nearby car show events come frequently to area that is walkable from this neighborhood.We also have the University of South Carolina across the way which makes this neighborhood very desirable to any who have jobs or children that are looking to go to college without having the hefty bill of living on campus that usually comes with dormitory living. Overall, this community allows you to live near Hilton Heqd Islqnd without the hefty price tag and keeps you away from the busiest part of the area of Bluffton. It’s the best of both worlds. You live near all the popular tourist attractions, including Savannah, but are able to travel into any of the above mentioned locations within 15-30 minutes depending on traffic. Because this neighborhood is so close to Savannah, it will become your second home as you venture in often for the variety of dining, attractions and shopping. "
