These appliances are included: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, central AC, gas furnace. I prefer text messages or phone calls.

This property is for rent by owner and not associated with any Broker or Agent. All tenants are screened by application and credit check fee is $10/person and proof of steady income. Lease term is 2 year minimum with month to month option following. The penalty for breaching the lease agreement is the forfeiture of the security deposit to the Landlord. No Pets preferred but dog or cat will be considered on individual basis and 1 time non-refundable $100 Pet fee is in addition to $25/monthly pet fee. NO exotic pets. Security Deposit equal to one month s rent due at lease signing. Any partial first month's rent will be prorated to daily rate and is due by move in day. Rent is due before possession and the 1st of each month and late fee is applied if rent is received after the 10th of the month at 5 pm. A 10% late fee is charged for any late rent. Tenant is responsible for grass cutting, landscaping maintenance and snow/ice removal. Tenant is responsible for all applicable utilities at the property which may be electric, gas or fuel oil heat, trash, cable, internet, phone, US mail service, public water or public sewer. You may call the local utility companies for an estimated average utility cost, just provide the service address. This property has public water and sewage.
