Complete trash. This school has little support for students with any sort of disability and a huge bullying problem they would rather not address but often reward. Its been this way for years and is only getting worse. My kid won't even use the bathrooms there for fear of getting attacked by the smokers. Teachers don't respond to problems, just blankly stare. Administration chooses to keep it's head comfortably buried in the sand.

"It has been very peaceful and enjoyable for my Son and I. Yes, I have to drive down the hill for work and school but it's also nice to drive home and unwind. A lot of people think Colfax is too far but it's about 15 minutes Auburn."

"Due to the proximity to I-80, this neighborhood makes for a direct commute to Roseville or Sacramento but once home, you feel like your at your vacation residence."

"This is an extremely nice and friendly area. Easy access to Interstate 80. Just a short 5 to 15 minute drive to grocery stores or larger shopping areas, in Auburn. Public transportation at the front door. Charter school just one mile away. High School 4 or 5 miles away Bus pick up on Placer HIlls Road, in front of this residence. This house is an extremely an 'easy to live in' residence. Nice open access (for RV access) all around the house. The noise of Placer Hills Rd may take some getting used to but, the overall convience of daily living will overcome the traffic noise. "

"This little community above Colfax off Hwy 80 is simply a hidden gem. A place in the trees where the seasons change, the forest is lovely and the neighbors are truly friendly. This is a place where you walk your dog & stop to chat with neighbors. We feel truly blessed to have discovered this place and to have bought a home here."
