"This is a family oriented neighborhood, you hear a lot of children and family pets but hardly any fighting or screaming/yelling. It can get congested with traffic but there are ways around it. "
  • Lynda F.
"I have lived in this area for most of my life and I have to say its seen better years. It's still a very nice place to live though. You get your noisy neighbors blasting their loud music with hard bass, and people throwing parties next to your door from time to time but all in all, it's nice here. Neighbors are nice, everyone looks out for each other. Lots of cats and dogs. Nice yards, good parking. Everyone pretty much has their own parking even on the street which I like lol. We all respect each other. "
  • German S.
"there are a lot of fellow dog owners in the area and a park in short walking distance. sometimes dog owners don't pick up after there dogs. "
  • Stever4155
"Nice quiet neighborhood, there are still a lot of second generation owners here. I am third generation here, most neighbors know each other. "
  • Soa26nau

"the neighborhood has changed a lot, most people do not keep their yards clean, multiple cars and junk along sides and fronts of property. an increase in crime. the city does not enforcement unkept yards. the shopping center is full of garbage."
  • Treviraw
"It’s a great place to raise a family. The areas is small enough for people to really get to know their neighbors. There is very little crime, and when something does happen we communicate with each other. The schools are also great with very small class sizes."
  • Linda
