Tenants are responsible for all utilities, including electricity, water, and irrigation. Lawn care treatments are provided by the landlord; however, tenants must maintain the yard, including a required watering schedule during the watering season.

Up to two pets may be allowed with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. All pets must be properly managed and not create a nuisance. Renters insurance is required, and tenants are responsible for any damages or violations caused by themselves, guests, or pets.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
