5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a now young adult, emphasis on adult and an alumni who attended Caloosa Middle all three years, I had an encounter with one of my previous female science & biology teacher from 8th grade outside of school where not only was I disrespected but belittled in a professional environment where she was met with nothing but kindness, respect and information. It’s disgusting and disheartening to see your teacher from when you were a teenager continue to still be a classless act, rude adult on and off the clock still years later. Teachers are crucial in a child’s development in education & exhibiting manners/etiquette and it’s time for Caloosa Middle to re-evaluate the teachers who’ve been there for years that are in charge of the youth of today and represent Caloosa Middle School at all times. There’s so many better schools, please enroll your child anywhere else and know if your child ever complains here or is in constant trouble with teachers…believe them. It’s 99% the teachers, not the students and it keep getting proved years later even as a young adult now.Other Review3w ago14 Reviews - Hancock Creek Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy child has special needs (autism diagnosis) and briefly attended the PREK program. About a month and a half in, we pulled our child out and thank the lucky stars every day that we did. From unreported, unexplained bruises (and once a HUGE bite mark with teeth imprints) , the teacher’s near-constant lack of patience, and always sending passive aggressive notes home... we were appalled. We never had this issue with a school before, and our child has been to two others. She also started coming home with different behavioral issues she didn’t have before she began here. I guess I write this with the hope that someone keeps a sharp eye on that room if she remains a teacher there.Parent Review2mo ago25 Reviews - Cape Coral High School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is the worst school imaginable people say Island Coast is bad it's nothing compared to this school most teachers do not care about you or treat you with any respect whatsoever I had a teacher arguing with me because I simply asked a kid if we had a sub and they said yes and I was happy but not in a overly way because any kid would be happy for a sub day and someone told on me and she said in a very rude way "do you have anything to say to my face" and I walked away and she yelled back "so you don't have anything to say to my face" as if she's trying to fight me. The students their are very disrespectful I had a kid who I thought was my friend make a post calling me the r word behind my back reported it to the school and they had nothing to say or do about it they didn't even punish him. Overall teachers disrespectful students disrespectful most teachers don't do their job at all or we'll just go to any other school around town.Student Review1y ago11 Reviews - Mariner High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school. So far and for the past 3 years the level of communication during this time has been exceptional. The teachers I have dealt with have consistently been responsive, going above and beyond to ensure that my children's needs are met. Their commitment to effective communication has truly enhanced the educational experience. The staff members have been incredibly informative and helpful, providing valuable insights and addressing any concerns promptly. The principal's dedication to staying closely connected is great to see.I am also highly appreciative of the school's commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment the students. It's clear that they prioritize the well-being and development of the students.Parent Review2y ago15 Reviews - Diplomat Middle School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am totally and completely disgusted by my experience today at the school. I have an exchange student that attends this school. Her parents came from Korea and just wanted to see the school she attended. We asked security and was told to park and enter. We went in theOffice. I explained to the lady at the front desk and tried to introduce her to the students family. She was so rude. She didn't smile or say hello and looked at all of us as if we were inconveniencing her. It was embarrassing to me. She should be ashamed of her behavior. I also explained the reason the student had been out of school because her family was visiting. She asked me do want to speak to a counselor?I said no we just stopped by to show the family the school. We didn't ask for a tour or we were not there to bother anyone. This school should be proud to have these students and you people in the office are the face of this school. If you cant smile and welcome people you shouldn't be there.Parent Review6mo ago18 Reviews - Check out schools near 14651 N Cleveland Ave.

"there is limited public transportation, the roads and bridges are not at all maintained but the county unless complaints are made, semi trucks and residents commuting from I-75 use private roads and neighborhoods to cut thru to Cape coral and US41. citizens are rude, and do not follow the laws, there is an abnormally high drug and crime rate in this area."

"I just moved here recently. I live in a gated community where they allow children, which is rare for this area. Too many 55 plus communities! Makes affordable housing unavailable for the people who need it most, driving up the homeless population. Otherwise lots to do and plenty of business. "
