Kid #2 eventually started and despite being a bit behind developmentally his teacher got him caught up in a matter of weeks. She has built many friendships and relationships. The teachers and staff know each and every kid there which makes them feel important. My daughter has a IEP and the teachers really go out of there way to make sure she is taken care of and anything she needs they are right there for her.
