7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSince this school district is NOT title one. They do not receive the extra funding from the Federal Government. So they try and get any student they can on an IEP so they can get extra money from the state. Some Classes are set up for kids to fail. There are 12 4th grade classes. If you are lucky you get a normal paced class in math so the student can gain confidence in there math skills.A student may also be placed in a class room with 2 other co- teachers who go at a very fast pace. My child was put in a class where the students ended up being 10-15 pages ahead of other normal paced classes in math. The very fast pace class will not send home study guides to study of the test, will NOT tell the student and parents when test are. Will tell the parent she is not aloud to see the test. THis is not the policy of publisher of BRIDGES IN MATH . The school will tell you that but it is not true the publisher states that is a district policy not the publishing company policy. This school is fuelled by greed!!! They will argue with you, gang up on you if you disagree. Call you at home after you say NO, and then put your child in a class set up for failure. If you are called into a meeting, it will not be one on one, call an EDUCATIONAL LAWYER!! NO your rights they will not tell you them. Sometimes you just have to leave.Other Review8y ago - Evamere Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur teacher is very nice, but there is no challenge for students. It's a factory model: worksheets on the same material over and over again. Kids are basically punished for getting the answers correct by having to do 50 more pages of the same. There is no adjusting for individual differences.Parent Review11y ago - Hudson Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a current student attending HMS, I feel safe when I walk in the door because of our state of the art security systems and school resource officers. I know that I am being taught by people whom actually care about my well being and it shows through our amazing ratings across Ohio.Student Review10mo ago - Hudson High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHudson City Schools offer so many pathways to success. And it's not because of financial resources. The heart of these schools is a caring, considerate and thoughtful approach to community and learning. While undoubtedly there are things to work on, I know my child has benefited from the academically rigorous, yet socially diverse experiences of Hudson Schools. I would recommend this environment to anyone who wishes to have a great foundation of lifelong learning for his/her children.Parent Review3y ago - Check out schools near 146 S Main St.

"Lots of people walk their dogs in this neighborhood. There are no sidewalks, but the traffic is very light. Most of the neighborhood is on big circle which has no thruway, so no one is coming through the neighborhood to get to something else."
