Parents with money control the schools. If you are average you are nobody. If you are extremely smart or have special needs then you get noticed. So much for meeting the needs of the "standard bell curve" of the student population.

This is the best public high school in the country. My children were more prepared than others during college.

A every good school filled with challenging courses that help the student prepare for college. A good amount of pressure is put on test scores and not the students overall understanding of the topic.
