Very bright and breezy living/dining room with cathedral ceilings with two sliding doors leading to large sunny front deck, wood fireplace, private setting, cute creek on property, House is in amenity filled community with indoor/outdoor pools, indoor/outdoor tennis, health club, squash court, swimming pond with beach and canoes, playgrounds, lovely restaurant with evening events and its own ski hill. First floor has open kitchen with dining and living room, one bedroom, laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer and one bathroom. Second floor has large loft area with 2 windows and 1 skylight, one bathroom room with jacuzzi tub and the master bedroom with lots of closet space. Linen closet upstairs. New washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and fridge not shown in the pictures.

Renter will pay (in addition to the rent) 1/2 of HOA fees ($150 per month) and that covers full access to all lovely amenities, trash and recycling, security and all activities (tennis training for kids, taek won doe training, water aerobics, etc)
Saw Creek imposes a one time fee of 30$ per gate card and a one time fee for the amenity badges to be paid directly by the tenant to the HOA office.
There is a one time (non-refundable) $500 pet fee, should you have a small dog or cat. Please no big dogs or multiple pets.
