"Keep track of your kids. We have them play on the upper streets next to the mountain, further away from states street. But it is a nice place and people will come and take packages from your porch if it’s there all day. And anything of worth in your pick up truck outside your house. "
  • ekoluv
"You see people walking their dogs all the time, there is a dog park at Bicentennial park, however most people do not have big yards and sometimes people don’t pick up after their dogs, but majority do or don’t care because they have their own dog."
  • Scott Weber
"I've lived in this neighborhood for four years and it's been a great place to raise my family. The neighborhood is clean and quiet with super-friendly neighbors."
  • dajoker
"On the southern end of Provo, and on the bench overlooking the valley and Utah Lake, this neighborhood is quiet though getting to the freeway can be done by car in just a few minutes. Springville and downtown Provo are easily reached as well. One school is in the neighborhood for elementary-age children, and other charter and public schools are attended within easy driving distance. Neighbors are friendly, watch out for eachother, and are generally quiet. Kids play in eachothers' yards and pets are had by many."
  • Need_4_speed
"Very few homes go on the market here. Many residents are original owners. They choose to stay because the love the neighborhood! Great neighbors. BYU, UVSC/UVU, South Town Mall, Novell, and Wal-Mare only a few minutes away. Close access to the freeway. Great view of the valley and surrounding mountains."
