"It’s an easy commute but driving through some of the roads is hard because of people parking in the street. Some of the neighborhood roads are a little bit narrow but it’s not that big of a deal. I work five minutes from home and it’s really easy to get to work in the morning "

"The best place to buy a home. Practically downtown. I know all the neighbors. I can walk with my kids and animals with out concern. Lots of shopps and restaurants. Great dining and growing nightlife. If you want to live in Jax and not drive 30-45 min to everything, this is the place to buy. "

"I live in this area and it is a wonderful place to be. The neighborhoods are so friendly. There are alot of people who walk the area daily. It is very pet friendly and nice and quiet. It doesn't have the traffic conjestion that other areas of Jacksonville have. It is very convieniently located to great grocery stores and quaint little shops and restaurants. It is also a historic district. I've lived in this neighborhood for 28 years and in Jacksonville all of my life and wouldn't care to live anywhere else."
