This top unit is the footprint of the original house that was moved from the shores of Lake Merritt in 1948 to its present location 5 blocks from the lake.

Minimum Qualifications:
--All person18 years of age or older must complete and sign an application. All applicants must meet qualifications to be accepted
--A $40 non-refundable Credit check fee must be submitted to the credit check company by all applicants after review of the application
--Each applicant must submit a verifiable photocopy of a valid government-issued photo ID
--Credit: Must have a minimum FICO score of 650.

-- two cats are okay subject to references and pet deposit

    "Not great area for dog owners. Need to take a drive for the nearest dog park. Local park Clinton Park does not allow dogs. Area is going through many new developments and this transition has cause quality of life to drop. Very popular place for the epidemic of encampments going around in the city. It was once a beautiful place and has since changed for the worse. Has great potential because of the close proximity to Lake Merrit and all transportation. This area value will hold and go up. "
