About this House

Great updated unit. Kitchen has new modern tile floor and all new appliances as shown including SS dishwasher. Sink is also SS and is a 60/40 split unit. There is a large size laundry center that is brand new.
There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor. The bedrooms are both master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and vaulted ceilings. The sinks have been replaced with new ceramic units and new faucets. All bathroom floors have new tile.
The living room features a wood burning fireplace.
The paint has been updated throughout the unit and the carpet has been professionally cleaned.
The unit also have a very recent high efficiency furnace and central air conditioner.
Schools are Cherry Creek. Sagebrush elementary is connected via a pedestrian walkway. The South East pedestrian entrance to cherry creek state park is not very far.

14336 E Temple Pl., Unit B, Aurora, CO 80015 is the address. From Smokey Hill and Quincy, take Smokey Hill Rd. South to Tufts (at the first traffic light) and make a right at Tufts, continue a short distance and look for S Crystal Way on your left (4th street). Take the left at S Crystal Way and next left at E Temple Pl, look for the unit on your left.
