The home itself is a mid-century modern design, block wall construction with insulated siding. The house is very well insulated! The air conditioner was replaced with a refurbished NEW unit (heat pump) in 2009, and works great both winter and summer.
New copper plumbing throughout. Original beautiful bathtub and shower tiles.
Recently remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, new tile floor, and original one-of-a-kind backsplash made by Beth Tom with John Randall Nelson (local artists) printed tiles.
Updated electrical 2004. Saltillo tile floors and original concrete floors. Shaded parking in front and RV parking in back through alley access.
