New interior paint and carpet in 2023, brand new LG washer and dryer add to comfortable and well maintained furnishings. Our great urban neighborhood is quiet and friendly, while still being only 2.4 miles to Flagstaff Medical Center and three miles to downtown Flagstaff. The FUTS (Flagstaff Urban Trail System) supports easy and safe biking to NAU or across the city. High speed internet allows a great remote work environment, with easy access to winter skiing at Arizona Snowbowl or the Nordic Center. And, of course, Grand Canyon National Park is eighty miles to the north. Perfect home base for work or play in beautiful northern Arizona. Sunrises over Mount Elden are not to be missed!
Lease is for one month only in June, 2025. No commercial or subletting of any kind.
City utilities, gas furnace utility, electricity utility and high speed internet are all additional to the base rent, and will be payable by usage.
House is strictly non-smoking, no exceptions. Two car garage available for use, with parking on the driveway as well.
House is to be kept clean, and tenant is responsible for shoveling drive and sidewalk within 24 hours of snowfall, to prevent ice from forming. Shovels are available here on the property.
Property maintenance person is available to assist with any plumbing or issues that arise during the term of the lease.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter seems to be average in academics but excells at this school. I would like to see her challenged more. The music program on the other hand has been surplrisingly pleasant and should be recognized as my daughter was a first year violin player and seems to have done very well due to the teacher. I have witnessed the director first hand and he is engaged and passionate when directing the younger muscicians. The teachers are invested in the kids and really provide a spectrum to challenge more gifted students but help those that have delays. I’m a foster parent with both gifted and challenged students. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe most amazing public school. Our son started kindergarten here and his teacher, Mrs Whitcomb, is kind and supportive. Besides English, we speak Polish at home. Our son needs extra attention with pronouncing the words properly and staying focused on reading. Everyone who works at this school with our child is really helpful. The sports are awesome he loves his sports trainer Mr Dunlap and his substitute teachers and helping teachers.
