Two private rooms available, they share a bathroom. There's no separate entrance or anything; it's just a regular house. I also live in the house with my chill, well-behaved dog. I'm a 28 year-old male, work from home, I'm quiet, clean, easygoing, and I mostly ride bikes (mountain/gravel/road) in my free time.
Rooms can be furnished or not--up to you. There's also a spot outside the bedrooms that you could use as a desk (see pic 24).
House has central AC and heat (and two fireplaces), laundry, sweet backyard, garage for bikes/etc., plenty of storage, big ass grill, off-street parking, and you're renting from me instead of one of those Satan ass property management companies.
Each room is $950/month, all utilities included. $500 security deposit. Well-behaved and quiet pets are fine and I don't charge pet rent or any of that bullshit. Flexible lease length, I could do 6 months or a year or pretty much whatever.
Immigrant friendly, LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly, college student friendly, etc.--all humans are welcome.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter seems to be average in academics but excells at this school. I would like to see her challenged more. The music program on the other hand has been surplrisingly pleasant and should be recognized as my daughter was a first year violin player and seems to have done very well due to the teacher. I have witnessed the director first hand and he is engaged and passionate when directing the younger muscicians. The teachers are invested in the kids and really provide a spectrum to challenge more gifted students but help those that have delays. I’m a foster parent with both gifted and challenged students. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe most amazing public school. Our son started kindergarten here and his teacher, Mrs Whitcomb, is kind and supportive. Besides English, we speak Polish at home. Our son needs extra attention with pronouncing the words properly and staying focused on reading. Everyone who works at this school with our child is really helpful. The sports are awesome he loves his sports trainer Mr Dunlap and his substitute teachers and helping teachers.
