The room has a full-size queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, Wi-Fi with fiber optic Internet and direct TV, dresser, closet, and private full bath. You will share all common areas in the house, dining, living room, and kitchen. The laundry is in the garage with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, and plenty of storage area. EV charging is available (cost not included in rent). The living room leads to a balcony with hillside lake views.

It is ideal for international students, military, and law enforcement.

Rent is $1,075 a month, this includes all utilities. The security deposit is $800.
No pets. We have a dog, large size (house-trained).
