Our home is Fully renovated summer 2022. no hurricane damages! we are rental vacation but also renting medium long term 1-2months period. Price advertised start in September and October month only and 3 weeks of November period
heated pool 82 F . We do have all beach equipment and bicycle in the garage! we have French door fridge in the garage spare and also additional small Beveridge fridge in the coffee section by the kitchen. high speed internet and additional remote for better signal . we do have 4 tvs living room with live tv FUBO TV to watch all cable channels. Not included pay channels and PPV. 2-bedroom TVs and outdoor are smart TVs.
We do have sport equipment's the garage plus 4kayaks . You can lunch kayaks from ferry access 8min away from house to intercoastal waters( members only )

    "The EastGate neighborhood is a hidden gem. There are a number of nice, older homes on good-sized lots, with many being upgraded with every new owner or already renovated. There are also many future opportunities as you look around. It's a perfect location between historic downtown Venice on the Island, and east to I-75 and the new areas being built out there. There's a Publix a block over and Venice Avenue isn't as busy as Route 41. Even with all the growth and new development, this part of Venice remains low-key and very pleasant. The homes here are a good value for the money and worth either buying and renovating, or buying an upgraded one. One of the best areas in the city that is not on the island, and my family has been here since the early 90s."
