Main bedroom has a walk-in closet and built-in desk; second bedroom can fit a small dresser, and desk. There is a (secure) place to store your bike behind a locked gate on the side of the building. Pets welcome with a (one-time) $100 fee.

Price: $2100 / month. Water is included; electricity and internet are not.

Other notes:
o The floor plan is for another condo in the building and is a bit off - it's flipped and kitchen is a little different.
o Street parking; there is no elevator.
o Groceries: There is a Giant, Harris Teeter, and Safeway nearby. There is also a Streets Market and Cafe and, a little further south, a Trader Joe's.
o On Saturdays, there is a farmer's market past the metro stop. There is also one slightly further away at Mt. Pleasant.
o There's a fun drum circle in Malcom X Part on Sundays in the summers.
o First month's rent and one-month security deposit will be required. So will a $150 nonrefundable move-in fee to the building.
o I will ask for a rental application, landlord reference, and proof of income.
