This Perry District studio apartment is delightful! It features tall ceilings, a separate bedroom / living space, a full size kitchen with eating area, extra cupboards, a full size bath with shower and a large closet, two entrances with your own private deck, off street parking and extra storage. The laundry facility is in the building. The owner pays for heat, garbage, sewer, hot water, and gas for the stove. The tenant pays for electricity. The owner may approve of a cat or small dog with a non-refundable $300 pet fee and a $25 monthly pet rent.
The hip Perry District is a desirable residential area with a lively row of businesses on S. Perry Street, including tap houses & trendy restaurants serving craft cocktails, gourmet burgers, artisan pizza, & French & Southern-inspired fare. One-of-a-kind shops in brick buildings & tiny old homes sell vintage furniture, handmade jewelry, used books, & clothing. The Farmer's Market & Street Fair won't disappoint! Grant Park has a playground, tennis courts, & community garden.
Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. The security deposit may be paid over time..
