"My neighborhood has close access to public transportation. But I have a car of my own so I don’t use public transportation. But if I had to I wouldn’t mind they are near by. "
  • Elizabeth Harrell
"It’s safe to live here and the neighbors mind their business. And it’s kid friendly. Only thing the traffic comes thru here is not good"
  • Anabella Padula
"I have one year living here and it’s feels very good. Is close to everything and is getting better "

  • Fed Up Black Woman
"Honestly wouldnt advise living here . All you here is shooting and police sirens after a while you get used to it. Someone probably dies every other day. People break into cars, harass women walking down the street. Can’t go outside by yourself at night without the fear of getting robbed or killed. "
  • Angela.pinder6
"Too many lose dogs running around. It's best to keep them in your yard. May not liking walking fog through neighborhood. "
  • Monisha W.
"There Are No Events That I’m Aware Of That Would Makes This Neighborhood Special In Anyway. But It Is 20mins Away From South Beach"
  • Precious W.
"Honestly I wouldn’t advise moving here. You hear gunshots on a daily basis. It’s not safe to walk outside I’m even in the daytime and the people in the neighborhood make it no better. I myself don’t have kids yet but I know for a fact I won’t be raising them here. "
  • Mc
"it's rather interesting its pretty good just sometimes here and there the birds chirp at 1am in the morning out of nowhere too theres crimes like robbery but other then that its great the neighbors and very friendly :)"
  • Terry C.
"Nice place to stay, getting even better, the nearby parks have received an upgraded the streets are a bit quieter I look forward to see how much more it will improve I’m very pleased about the amenities and services of this community which are far better then most, like bulk trash pickup is every single Monday so you clean as much as you want and pull things like oldfurniture and appliances out to be picked up without a problem or having to schedule twice a year pick up. and A street sweeper comes to clean the street once a month or so. I like it."
  • Cindy
"It has it’s days there is regular Gunshots and crimes more then any other neighborhoods .Police are often on site due to problems. Stay indoors its safer that way. "
  • Katoma M.
"There are strays that live in the area. There are no dog parks in this area at all. People who do have dogs in this area don’t take care of them. The dogs have a tendency to roam the streets and harass people or even chase kids."
  • Monica M. S. .
"A diverse community that celebrates different Heritage from all walks of life. I am a minority American in our community heritage which is colorful Americans pride, cultural arts that makes this community to me very great. greatness in everybody’s background that what makes up the people in our community"

  • Vivi24682
"There are plenty of kids in the areas, however there are more adults who sometimes fight around 3am. I wouldn't call this a same neighborhood, but there is a park nearby to enjoy the afternoon and evening."

The neighborhood has a lot of history and you can walk to the MLK parade from straight from your home. "
