  • Jason Bass
"It’s very close to the beach access and sea wall. It’s very clean around the public spaces. I don’t know much about the property management yet. "
  • Jennifer.dault6
"Just visiting. Took a tour of historic areas. Very beautiful. People are friendly. Beaches are windy and brown but not too busy. Nice. "
  • Cynthia Perez
"Plenty of dog owners do plenty of dogs to walk. If your love dogs, pets in general or if you’re a dog walker this is the place to live and make that extra income. "
  • Sherry Kelley Ehrich
"I live downtown and there are events and festivals almost every weekend. We walk to restaurants and stores. We walk in the evening for exercise and we walk our dogs around to smell all the good smells. "

"There’s lots of dog owners and dogs are welcome on the beach. They do want the dogs to be on a leash but if your dog obeys no one really cares if they are off leash"
  • Ruthie S.
"Not much in terms of parks, but you can spend time with your family at the beach, and there are plenty of good restaurants. Neighborhoods here aren't 100% great mostly, but there are a few nice places. "

"I love to walk my dog around here but I have a route memorized that avoids agressive yard dogs and cat hang outs. otherwise it's pretty nice and not too far from the beach. "

  • Rayrayn2001

  • Snyng98
"Live here for three years, I only know one neighbor but most others are nice. 10 minute walk to the beach, real nice quiet evenings. Only downside is the streets flood easily and during summer city events cars/motorcycles are loud throughout the night and into morning."
  • McDx4

  • Shannonleigh35
"Most of our neighbors are older, retired couples. There are few children around us however we don’t mind because we are so close to The Strand District that we are able to take walks down there and to the beach almost every weekend. This is a lovely place to live. "
  • Angels0destiny
"I own a vehicle. sometimes I walk, but mostly I just ride a bike. To work, I drive my own Vehicle. If I need to get groceries than I go to a nearby store."
  • Melissa B.
"It’s okay right now but can be a terror in the summer. I lived in New York for a while so maybe I’m less sensitive to traffic"
  • Annabelle L.
