I am renting my lovely Mother in Law (MIL) 1 BR 1 BA spacious basement unit of my home in Madison Park, a green and walkable neighborhood a few minutes walk to Lake Washington beach. I live on site in the main house.

The unit has a separate entrance, on street or gated parking, washer dryer, new appliances, office desk and living space, and HUGE flat screen tv. You are welcome to share the back yard, including the garden.

My house is located on the bus line with easy access to Capital Hill and downtown. Easy access to 1-90 and 1-5 for hiking and skiing. Pets welcome. This space is great for professionals, including travel nurses, retirees, or digital nomads.

About the owner: I love meeting new people, going to art events, supporting social justice actions, and meditation. I enjoy running, tennis, hiking, dancing, reading, and craft projects.

Rent includes pro-rated amount for utilities and internet. Three to 12 month leases. $1000 deposit required at signing. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Non-smoking.
