"Lots of families, park in the neighborhood, houses have yards, sidewalks, lots of joggers and walkers. "
  • Trulia User
"Really great neighborhood! We love living here! It’s such a great please for families. Really friendly and calm!"
  • Adam D.
"The neighborhood itself isn’t bad, but it’s up against some less safe areas. The properties are cute, and proximity to stores is nice"
  • Enochhosea
"very busy unless you get out early to avoid the rush.there is a lot of traffic but if you work around the rush hours timing for arrival to anything is Pretty Good. "
  • Tia T.
"I lived in this neighborhood for almost two years and love it despite my loud neighbor. I moved here in the beginning of 2018. Luckily we found a private owner that charges significantly less than our surrounding neighbors. How ever during the summer we experienced no air conditioning, and during the winter there was no working heat for the first year. However the community neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Randomly there are sirens that are passing and stopping by due to the elderly living in these neighborhoods. "
  • Wesley T.
"its a nice place worth staying in could be worse has limited crime is generallt safe and a great place to build your life even with interest in moving somewhere more nice in the future. Happy to share. Happy to live Neighbor watch out for eachother. Will probably stay here for atleast a year till moneys saved to find a larger home"
  • Shamrock
"We have found Plaza Shamrock to be a friendly and diverse neighborhood with a nice mix of new and long time neighbors. Only a short walk or bike ride from all the food and entertainment in Noda, Plaza Midwood and the light rail."
  • Marissajackson27
"Up and coming neighborhood. A few years down the road it will be a safe neighborhood to raise kids but right now not so much. Good for young adults looking to settle down but still enjoy the benefits of being close to bars and restaurants and that type of thing... overall I would definitely recommend living here. Friendly atmosphere in the day but hear gunshots at night... we walk our child around the neighborhood during the day but keep our doors locked and security system turned on at night. "
  • Jenn S.
"This neighborhood has grown very quickly! I bought in the area at the end of 2012 and there’s has been a lot of redevelopment of the area since. My neighbors are all wonderful, they keep their property clean, are respectful, and the whole neighborhood has become more friendly and social."
  • Mknmoves1
"This is a great area to live, you get a lot more for your money here!"
