Tenants are responsible for PG&E, internet, and water, while the owner will take care of landscaping. We ask that tenants keep us in the loop on any home repairs that are needed - we have providers readily available to address any known issues.

About the neighborhood:
Perfect for commuters and locals alike, this home is located close to the 580 freeway and is a twenty minute walk/7 min bike ride to the Ashby or North Berkeley BART stations; bus line 36 and express bus J to SF is right around the corner. Dog park across the street. The neighborhood is great for the active walker (or runner) and San Pablo Park is just a few minutes away.
