Description
This property is no longer available to rent or to buy. This description is from March 21, 2024
Property was previously a lodge/community hall with a bar and stage. Appears to be neighborhood business zoning but could be a single family or possibly be converted to a two-family with a variance from the planning board or light commercial uses. Building has been mostly gutted and is essentially a shell of a building waiting for your new ideas. Buyers to do any due diligence up front prior to offering. Great opportunity for someone with the vision to bring this beauty back to life! Sold as-is. Buyer to pay NYS and any local transfer taxes. Cash offers with proof of funds. **Please see agent remarks for access, showing instructions and offer presentation remarks.**

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy 7th grader was constantly bullied in school this past year - his grades suffered due to this - when he asked for help it was suggested he go to outside therapy and not counselors. The extra curricula's and PTA effort are geared towards sports and other clubs are lucky to have same staff through the year. What Locals Say about New Rochelle
- Arys1293

"Since New Rochelle has been making all the new buildings, they have been removing all the mom and pop shops by making it so expensive or just kicking them out. The streets are so bad to drive in. They are removing all parking lots to build more buildings yet there’s no mall. The property taxes are so high, it isn’t worth it. Go to a better and safer school district in Westchester. "

I am a person of color and my kids are able to meet successful people who look like them in this neighborhood and I love that. "They would like the nearby parks, which dogs can go for a run and play with them. There isn’t any cons I can think of, maybe a lot of foot traffic in certain places which can be a problem if your dog is hard to handle and not well trained. But other than that great neighborhoods and parks to take your dog out for walks."
