The streets are so bad to drive in. They are removing all parking lots to build more buildings yet there’s no mall. The property taxes are so high, it isn’t worth it. Go to a better and safer school district in Westchester. "

There isn’t any cons I can think of, maybe a lot of foot traffic in certain places which can be a problem if your dog is hard to handle and not well trained.
