I’m writing to express some serious concerns that have been building for some time, and that became even more evident after last night’s charity basketball game. There were only five people in the stands — a clear sign that families either weren’t informed or didn’t feel engaged enough to attend. Multiple staff members were asked about the event and, shockingly, every single one responded with some version of, “We don’t know.”It’s extremely disheartening to see this level of disorganization and lack of internal communication. Events meant to support good causes should be opportunities for community-building, but when no one knows what’s going on — including the teachers — it creates confusion and reflects poorly on the school’s leadership.Unfortunately, this isn’t an isolated incident. It’s becoming increasingly apparent that the culture of this school is driven more by ego and control than by collaboration or student-centered priorities. Many families are losing trust. I can no longer in good conscience recommend this school to anyone.I hope this message is taken seriously and not dismissed. The students, families, and faculty deserve far better.

Horrible school. The teachers and the principle are so mean.

I LOVE TISDALE my daughter came in after the school year started and it was as if she had known the teachers and the students since pre k (shes a 1st grader) Mrs. Smith is her teacher and i have seen such progress she responds to Mrs. Smith very well. were considering moving to Mahwah and im so upset that we may have to change her school.
