    "the downtown area is fun, and the people are super friendly. the water parks are the best in the summer time. you can use a golf cart to get to the store, the kids to school, go golfing, or just go visit a neighbor. the restaurant's are numerous and eceltic with new ones coming every year or so. And then a mile away, there are restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and all the other conveniences of a large town. And a few miles the other direction is the countryside of a Texas. "
