"The neighborhood's main Street has a very busy road during rush hour. Many people use it as a shortcut. A bit dangerous to dogs if they're not in a fenced yard or leashed. Many dogs owners live here and are fine keeping their dogs inside the house or yard. "

"I purchased my home here in Ridgefield Village HOA about 12 years ago, specifically for the 3 Schools (Elementary-Penn Elementary, Beville Middle/an IB Program School, & Colgan High school/which is a State if the Art New HS) I have a Son and desired him to attend in all three Schools.Our Community is Small, Quiet, Safe & Friendly with its Neighbors. We are within walking distance to shopping, Transit Bus line pick ups and my son will Graduate in the new upcoming 2021 Graduation Year, just as this Single Momma had Planned it all out when O chose our Home & Community 12 years ago!
