      "I don’t live in Columbia Heights. I live in the U Street Corridor. I commute to Virginia and to Capitol Hill. There is no problem getting to those locations from where I live "

      "Union Row is above a grocery store, laundry and a CVS. Couldn't be more convenient of a location. Public transit is 5 min walk away."
