Due to the high interest and demand, Saturday September 13 2025 starting at 11am WILL BE THE LAST DAY TO VIEW THE PROPERTY in person. You SHALL tour the property. We will not look at your application if you do not come to the last showing. The better prepared you are with your documents and references on your application, the higher your chances in getting the home. $4500 minimum monthly income, no evictions or violent criminal record.     "This place is perfect if you like to be isolated otherwise there are no sidewalks people are constantly speeding Through residential areas making it very difficult to go for a walk there's no street lights so once it is sunset there's no lay outside other than for your porch light in other ways impossible to stay safe and go for a walk after sunset additionally even if you do get to go for a walk and take that chance the gates are always open and you will be chased by dogs "
