This house has a front, back and side yard so you can have your dog. The gardener takes care of the yard maintenance. There is a front porch for chilling in your rocker. There is parking in the driveway but other tenants need to pass. The construction next door is almost complete and a new fence will be up soon. The basement is great for storage. There are wood floors, a fireplace, plenty of closets, lots of windows, a room for laundry and an additional room for an office or two. Call for a tour.

Lease extends to 12 months. No smoking allowed. No marijuana growing allowed. SDGE is in your name and paid by you monthly. Water is paid by landlord but you would pay EDCO trash/recycle.     "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
