Located west of the 5, close to Beacons Beach and a short drive or e-bike ride to many shops and restaurants. Utilities included (water, trash, gas, electric). Maximum of two tenants; additional charge for second person to cover extra utility costs. Optional storage room available upon request for an additional charge. NO drugs, smoking, vaping or pets allowed.

PLEASE NOTE - unit comes UNFURNISHED, photos of furnished unit are provided only for reference as to optional layout.

Renter responsible for own internet service (unit is pre-wired for it), other utilities come included (water, gas, elec and trash). Deposit due asap to hold the unit and first months rent due at move-in. 1 year lease minimum, cleaning fee due at move-out, to be deducted from deposit.     "The neighborhood is a mix of retired people and new families. It’s not as communal as other cities I’ve lived in with many people driving in and out of the community and then staying inside or in their backyard. The gates parks prohibit kids meeting there unless they belong to an association. It’s odd to see a gated park that children cannot play on , meet new kids that live across the street, etc. I’m used to larger cities where there are more public places to gather, meet your neighbors, and create a stronger community."

    "Great area and great schools. Some great parks and close to the beach. Great for being outside but the hills and lack of sidewalks in areas makes it less walkable than other areas. Package theft does happen and people don’t clean up after their pets well. The rent is also really high around here. "
