The front door uses a keycode, but you will have a key as a backup in case the keycode battery dies.

No smokers.
No pets (the house already has a dog and a cat). But it's negotiable, just talk to me.

You will live with two DEAF roommates, one of whom is the co-homeowner and will be responsible for the rent payment.

Knowing American Sign Language is a plus; you will be given priority. It doesn't matter if you don't know but you can learn some! :)

LGBTQ+ friendly. If you identify as LGBTQ+, you will also be given priority.

Must have a job.
The female roommate has a son who stays with her every other week.

Rent: $700 includes utilities (electric, water, and internet).

Deposit $700, plus the first month payment.

The room will be available on May 31.
