Located on a nice sized corner lot in the Sendera Ranch master planned community, this Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath has an ideal open floor plan and a wonderful fenced in back yard that backs up to the green belt. 2 car garage with shelving for your vehicles or all of your toys. Fresh paint and tile flooring in bathrooms, new countertops and new stainless steel microwave and stainless steel glass top stove in kitchen. Awesome house and fantastic location for anyone looking for great home and great neighbors. Community pools, basketball courts, soccer fields, Jogging Paths, Bike Paths, playgrounds, and a community clubhouse. Easy access to schools and TONS of shopping and entertainment within a 15 minute drive, and even walk to the convenient CVS located around the corner. Walmart, restaurants, and a car wash are within a 5 min drive, and a Lowe's and a new Texas Roadhouse nearby just opened. HOA dues are covered by the Landlord to provide access to pools and community amenities.

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME
Corner lot with a spacious yard on a great street that backs up to the green belt. The front tree perfectly shades the front of the house during the hot summer sun. The interior is very open and feels bigger than it actually is. It is energy efficient (radiant barrier in the attic helps) and maintains low energy bills (gas and electric). This is one of the best streets in Sendera Ranch. Trail Break drive is very safe and neighbor and kid friendly and boasts one of the best Halloween routes in the area including a multi-family haunted house! It is walking distance to CVS pharmacy (super convenient!), Sendera Ranch Elementary school, bike riding distance to Wilson Middle School, and a short drive to V.R. Eaton High School.

All prospective tenants 18 or over must fill out an application. Must have clean rental and criminal history, proof of income, and a credit score of 620 or higher. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Approximately 3x monthly rent is required for income ($6450/mon income). Yearly leases (1 year min).
Credit/background history will be checked. Maximum 2 pets allowed with additional non-refundable pet deposit and $35-50 monthly fee per pet depending on size.
Oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave appliances included.
Yearly HOA fees are covered by landlord.

    "The community is just a few miles from Alliance Town Center with LOTS of amenities! New Walmart opening Fall 2013 within 2 miles of home. Home Depot, Target and various shops and restaurant coming soon. I like the area and it's fairly quite. A new large park within a few miles will be opening in summer 2014 with lots amenities including a dog park. This neighborhood has it's own greenbelt walking trail and community pools. Great schools! Great neighbors!"
