**The Condo Association (HOA) manages the property. The tenant will pay any fines assessed to the unit.
**The tenant must follow all HOA rules including 1) Picking up after your pet. 2) Keeping the allowable items on the deck: Patio furniture, and potted plants/flowers. No bikes or other personal items. 3) No outside gas grill allowed.
** The tenant is responsible for inside and outside pest control.
