This is a stand-alone house with fully fenced and extremely private yard including a paved large front courtyard with a 5 foot diameter patio table and 4 chairs and shade umbrella, lots of greenery, and a nice softscape backyard with trees. Included in this large open 576 SF studio is a nice large extremely comfortable couch, coffee table, new 55" roku TV with streaming. A nice full-size bed, a large closet, and one bathroom with large shower. Kitchen has all granite countertops and lots of cabinet space. There is also a storage area and laundry room which includes a washer and dryer. It is very private and quiet yet close to everything, a peaceful, safe and very nice neighborhood. Huge driveway for off street parking. Location is so central and convenient you could easily get by without a car. House is located walking distance to the beach, 2 supermarkets, the village, and the train station. Neighborhood is wonderful for strolling and you can walk a few blocks to the beach or the Village.

    "Pickleball at St Michaels Episcopal church where the spirit of a community and inclusion make every game a treat. There are good players at every level and the paddle wheel makes it easy to work in the flow of games. If you like making friends, stick around for an evening bbq with a great group of people. The Carlsbad Music Festival centers at St Michaels and brings many music lovers into the center of the community. They also sponsor a Wine Festival in October that seems like a special occasion."
