Additional on street parking is available 365 days a year. Discounted rent of $1,069.00 is due no later than 11:59pm on the 1st day of the month. Discounted rent may be paid as early as you would like the month before but must be paid no later than 11:59pm on the 1st day of the month it is due for. If rent is paid between 12:00am (midnight) on the 2nd day of the month and 11:59pm on the 5th day of the month rent is no longer discounted; making the rent amount $1,094.00. As long as credit is good the Security Deposit is $1,094.00 Common areas are cleaned approximately every other week. Maintenance is on staff.
