Description

Our very sweet Point Richmond home is coming up for a rent. This was our first home and we moved out after our second child was born. The deck and backyard are absolutely wonderful additions to the main living area which make the otherwise small house feel much more spacious and allow for hosting larger groups. The property also features a detached office and a large unfinished basement for storage not included in the square footage total.

The property is only a 5 minute walk from downtown Point Richmond which has a great cafe and a handful of charming restaurants; It's also only a short 10 minute walk to Keller Beach which is a wonderful swimming beach in the summer.

Looking for one-year lease beginning February 1, 2025. 1st months rent ($3500) and security deposit ($3500) due upon signing. Total move-in cost $7000.

Landlord pays water, garbage, and monthly gardener visit.

"Stunning water views. Very nice neighbors!! Everyone has a dog! Yards are well kept and neat. I feel very safe here! I don’t have kids at home. They are all grown. I don’t know what to say to a parent?!"
  • Alison M.
"Live music, concerts, holiday seasonal lights and decorations, annual junktique, there is a nice sense of community here."
  • Francisco B.
"It is close to point Isabel a leash free dog park. Lots of dog lovers walking their dogs, highly recommend this neighborhood for dog lovers. "
  • Coltonaut
"Amazing small town of two coffee shops, 8 restaurants, 3 bars, two grocers, plenty of hair salons, a dog park, a playground, a huge indoor historic swimming pool, and 5 min walk through the tunnel to beach and parks. It’s amazing and a hidden gem/bubble of the Bay Area most don’t know about. You cannot see it from the highway. Lower crime because the highway basically is a massive wall sectioning off the town and only two ways in/out."
  • Holly H.
"Beautiful views of SF. Quiet condo neighborhood with lots of nature around including deer, turkeys, Fox etc. "
  • James K
"We've lived in the area for 2yrs and love it. Amazing bay views, 10min walk into Pt. Richmond to all the shops, restaurants and bars."
  • Concilioca
"This neighborhood is a diamond by way of location... I love it here, weather is perfect, right on the water... "
  • Shaina
"Great area - much safer on average than most of the surrounding areas. When moving to the Bay Area last year, we looked in Berkeley, Albany, Oakland, Richmond, Pinole, etc. In terms of price, safety, and activities, we felt confident choosing Point Richmond. It's an easy walk into the little historic downtown with shops and good restaurants, and nice hiking paths are also within easy reach for daily runs. It's also close to the bridge and an easy commute to the rest of the East Bay or north just across the bridge to Marin. "
  • Brigid R.
"There's wonderful walkabilty in this hidden gem of a city (Point Richmond). "
  • m4n3y
"I have lived in the area for 2.5 years. There are car thefts, burgularies, abandoned vehicles, prostitution, and half way houses in this really small community. I have never ever lived in such a high crime area. At least 5 neighbors on my block and the next had their homes robbed. It is basically Richmond not Point Richmond."
  • skutchko
"I used to come here for food and the parks, now it's my home and I hope to never leave"
  • G I.
"Moved here from Montclair/Oakland; great time to buy, fabulous neighbors. But Feagley Realty was/is an outfit to avoid."
