This home is about 50 years old and has been remodeled with energy efficiency as a main goal. All sheetrock was removed and interior framing was inspected. "Most events held in Franklin NC are old-fashioned and geared towards the elderly age group. Up to date technology is not widely used and internet is rarely available here. There is very little to do in Franklin for the 18 - 45 year old age range, unless you like to hike. Easy trip to make a Asheville though for fun. "
