About this House

This updated 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms, oversized 2 car garage home has neutral paint and beautiful vinyl wood planking throughout. It has an open floor plan, with a family room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. There are granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded stainless steel appliances, cordless blinds and modern light fixtures and fans. Master bath has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Second bathroom has a shower/tub combination. There is a laundry room and build in closets throughout the house including a walk in closet in the master bedroom. Washer and dryer are not provided. The sliding glass doors provides access to a lovely screened back patio with new indoor/outdoor carpet and a fully fenced back yard with a shed. The two car garage has screens, a 2nd refrigerator and the driveway allows for extra parking. The yard is landscaped and has a sprinkler system. We allow up to 2 small dogs (20 pounds and smaller), no cats. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house. The security deposit ($2500) and first month rent ($1925) are due at signing. Tenants are required to switch water and electricity into their name before receiving the key and will be responsible for yard care and pest control.
