About this House

Nice quiet stand alone studio cottage at the base of Mt Helix. Utilities (gas,electric, water and wifi) are included in the $1850 monthly rental. The unit includes it's own washer / dryer and plenty of parking. It can be rented furnished or not. This cozy unit would be ideal for one person but could work for a couple.

I would prefer a one year lease but I'm open to other options. I would also prefer a non smoker.

Other than getting a little crowded, La Mesa is a centrally located, youthful, and social community, great to raise a family."
