Located just 2 miles from Craigville Beach, 3 miles from Wequaquet Lake, and less than a quarter of a mile from a hiking trail on a defunct cranberry bog. You are centrally located between Cape Cod and Falmouth hospitals, several marketplaces and ample restaurants close to all Cape Cod by ways.

We have a fresh water pond across the street. The public beach is 1.5 miles away and there is boat access there. It is a very desirable neighborhood."
